Villa ‘La Serenidad’ – your stylish retreat in the hills of Calonge

Escape to Villa La Serenidad, a characterful holiday home located in the prestigious Vizcondado de Cabanyes residential area. This charming hideaway exudes warmth and Mediterranean elegance and, thanks to its elevated position, offers stunning views over the wooded hills, the bay of Palamós and the rolling Gavarres mountains. The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, guaranteeing peace, privacy and almost no passing traffic. The plot is generous, measuring 1,030 m².
Inside, you are welcomed by a bright open-plan living and dining area with beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and direct access to the main terrace – the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast with panoramic sea views. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted TV with Chromecast for streaming, as well as air conditioning. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ample crockery and glassware, and all essential kitchen utensils.
On the upper floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm), has built-in wardrobes and its own air conditioning unit. The beds are made up on arrival. The shared bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a spacious washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.
Outside, the generous summer kitchen invites you to enjoy long, sociable evenings. There is both a barbecue and a pizza oven, perfect for leisurely al fresco dinners under the Spanish sky.
On a lower level of the plot there is a self-contained guest suite with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning essentials. In front of the guest suite there is a private terrace with sea view – ideal for family or friends who appreciate a bit of extra privacy.
The beautifully landscaped terraced garden is spread over several levels, connected by stone steps and winding paths with colourful Mediterranean plants. These lead down to the private swimming pool (8 x 3 metres), where you can cool off and relax in complete peace. The grounds also offer space to play badminton, and behind the house you will find a lovely, illuminated pétanque (boules) court, where you can enjoy a game even in the evening. All equipment is provided.
At street level, the villa has a double garage for your convenience.
The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do. Visit the charming villages of Calonge, Palamós and Platja d’Aro, discover local markets and enjoy delicious Catalan cuisine in the many restaurants. Supermarkets, golf courses, walking and cycling routes, and beautiful beaches are all just a short drive away.
All bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided. If you would like additional cleaning or laundry during your stay, this can be easily arranged through our property manager.
