The Sandy Oak at Ocean Lakes Family Campground with Golf Cart!

Adorable ground level home in the quiet south section of Ocean lakes including use of the golf cart! This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, private full bathroom and access to a covered patio off the back of the house. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size futon on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Entertain kids with foosball, TVs in each room including the back patio, and free wifi! Kitchen is fully stocked with all that’s needed to prepare your family meals during your visit and a gas grill on the back porch. Washer and dryer inside the house!

Family vacation

Nice home. Loved having the golf cart included. Made it very convenient to get around. Owner is super nice and answers questions quickly. Campground was crowded but I wouldn’t expect any less during the summer at the beach. Wonderful vaca. Thank you Sandy Oakes!!

We planned a weekend trip with another family. I chose this one because it had a complimentary golf cart. When we arrived the golf cart was dead and dirty, the outside areas are not nearly as inviting as the pictures. The upkeep on it could be much better! It definitely needs a makeover and some love!

Wasn’t cleaned like it should have been, door in one of the bedroom’s closet hung off hinges, could never get tv in den to work. Would not rent this property again price was over rated for what we got. Rug in den was nasty. Would not rent this again.

I’m sorry you were not satisfied with your stay at our house. I wish you would have communicated with me during your stay so these things could have been addressed at the time as this is the first I’m hearing of any problems. The TV in the living room (den) works just fine but unfortunately settings and cords can get changed, batteries taken from the remotes, etc. which could have been easily addressed during your stay. The closet door in the bedroom is technically a bifold door but yes, sometimes one side will slide out of the track if it’s pulled too hard. It still functions as a regular hinged door in that case though and certainly isn’t hanging off the hinges. I’ve brought your other concerns up with the cleaning company.

Amazing stay

Visited this property for my best friends birthday. A group of 40+ aged women managed to feel like we were in our 20’s again. This rental is the perfect vacation. Rental came with golf cart and that is how we traveled the whole weekend. Having an amazing rental with the perfect location is priceless. On the property is everything you need. A small grocery store that even supplies gluten free options, a water park that is included, and close proximity to the beach. If you are looking for an amazing vacation with low stress, this is the place. As far as the rental, it is perfectly accommodating. There are 2 patios to recline and enjoy the property. The golf cart included is a must! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishware. Note that you have to bring your own linens for bed and bathroom, but there is a washer and dryer to wash them before going home. I have rented multiple properties from this site and this one is in my top 10!

Property was ok. Still dirty at check in with trash and dirt under the beds/table/couch. I would not mind staying here again but I would not pay as much as I did for this property. Definitely needs some TLC maintenance. Also disappointed bc we were supposed to have a golf cart with the property and then we were told they were not offering it anymore and no money was taken off the bill.

Spring break with grandchildren

Nice home. Had everything we needed for children from 19 month old to 5 years. Made packing up for small children easier. Homeowner responded immediately when we had questions regarding pack play, high chair and even sand toys, etc. Gave tips regarding grocery pick up. We enjoyed the golf cart and had no issues at all. Great few days with the children. Our host was awesome.. thank you!
