When you're not exploring the Entertainment District, enjoy a relaxing afternoon in our open-concept living room. You can cozy up on our plush sectional and watch your favorite shows on our 70" Smart TV with streaming, or sit on our private balcony and enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air. When mealtime comes around, our fully-stocked kitchen has you covered! From pots and pans to spices & beyond, we make sure you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes.

Make yourself at home in either of our two bedrooms, both featuring top-of-the-line linens and bedding. Our master bedroom has a plush King-size memory foam bed, a large closet, and a 70" LG Smart TV with streaming. Our second bedroom is complete with a cozy Queen-size bed and a 40" Smart TV with streaming.

Guest access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

We are located within walking distance to so many places in downtown Fayetteville, but if you are wanting to venture further out, grabbing an Uber or a Lyft is a breeze!

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
