Fantastic Location and Phenomenal Communication

I came down to visit family around the area and do some work for my momma. The location is perfectly located within Fayetteville to be close enough to restaurants and other attractions, especially the university, and also very close to an easy out of town to the rural areas (where a lot of my fam lives). The Hayes family is phenomenal at communicating and responding. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to visit.

Cute Place!

This property is very small, but was plenty of space for just me. It was clean and tastefully decorated. I didn’t receive check-in information, but the host responded to my call immediately.

My fiancé and I Sarah Reynolds and I are happy to welcome you into a Hays Home. We are both natives of Fayetteville and current/former University of Arkansas students.

Palmer currently works in the Commercial Real Estate industry with Bennett CRE in Rogers (bennettcre.com) Prior to pursuing Commercial Real Estate, Palmer played collegiate golf for Wichita State and Oral Roberts University prior to finishing college at the U of A. He brings the same focus and attentiveness required to be a Division one athlete to the workforce to add value to his guests ventures in the Northwest Arkansas market. Palmers interests include all Razorback sports, golf, and community events.

Sarah will be graduating the University of Arkansas is the Spring with a degree in Kinesiology focusing in sports medicine. Although currently undecided, she is considering her options for post graduate work. Her interests range from interior design, gymnastics, and sports medicine.

Sarah and Palmer enjoy their free time with friends experiencing the ever changing social scene in Fayetteville along with time on the golf course.
