This Beautifully decorated Beach House will be perfect for your next vacation!
5 Bedroom 3 Bath located on a large lot in the Mobile Home section on Campground Rd.

2 Kings , 2 Queens, 1 Full over Full Bunk, Twin over Twin Bunk
Gas Grill (We do not supply tanks for the grills)
Washer and Dryer
Lots of Parking

**WE USE FRAGRANCE PLUG-INS IN OUR RENTAL SO SHOULD YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO FRAGRANCE, LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.

A Complimentary golf cart is included in the Rental. ***An additional Standard Golf Cart may be added with this property for a user fee of $450 per week. This fee is not included in your rental and will need to be reserved separately by phone. ***
 OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property felt homey and comfortable. The house was big enough for us to stretch out and have room forcthe 3 kids! The neighbors were great. We will definitely stay at this property or one of their others again

This is a great property if you need lots of space for sleeping! We easily slept 13 with a 14th on a blow up mattress due to our situation. The pros! The golf cart was a major plus for the cost! Good couch for hanging out and a great front deck with chairs! Another plus was linens and towels in great supply. Cons- this unit is either new and not finished yet or in need of maintenance. We had roach friends pretty regularly and the floors were really really dirty. We moped with the swifter that was provided every day but our feet stayed dirty and our socks were black by the end of the day. The kitchen needs more in terms of cooking pans. The house services 14 people but the one frying pan and one set of cooking pans for a small family just wasn’t enough. I bought a pan to make gumbo in and a new baking sheet to make dinner one night. Again not an issue if the unit was priced differently.There needs to be an island in the kitchen - that would make it way more user friendly And chairs or another couch in the open space between kitchen living room would make it comfortable for the amount of people the unit sleeps. Definitely in need of area rugs - in the kitchen- dining and living room. Last but not our favorite was the amount of roaches we killed and were seen through out our stay. We assumed some is normal as it is a beach property but towards the end we knew we were living in there space. Overall we still had a blast and this was a great space for our family reunion

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach area for over 20 years... By far the best communication and check in I ever had. Great location for family's and kids. I highly recommend this rental.
