TOWELS AND LINENS (SHEETS) ARE NOT INCLUDED. First Floor: Wrap around deck overlooking beach and ocean—table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has stunning sweeping views of the ocean. Couch with pull-out queen bed. Flat screen tv. The dining room seats 6 with full ocean views. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils--everything needed to prepare meals. Stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room. BDRM 1: Master suite with king bed has full ocean views, huge walk-in closet, newly remodeled full bath, and private door to ocean front deck.

Second Floor: BDRM 2: king bed with full ocean views. Two closets and tv. Newly remodeled full bath in hallway. BDRM 3: Two queen beds with full ocean view, tv and closet. BDRM 4: Twin bed in SMALL room off of BDRM 3. Perfect for kids.

Our home is fully furnished. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles (Parking fee of $12-$15 per car per day, CHARGED BY OCEAN LAKES, NOT ME). I rent my golf cart in addition. This is a GREAT home for extended family vacations. We are dog friendly for $200 per dog/per week fee. LINENS (SHEETS AND TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Amazing Location!

This is our favorite rental so far. The location is amazing especially if you have young kids. It is clean, quiet, and super easy access to the beach for all of the chairs and toys. Host was great! Only suggestion is to be aware that the deck is becoming very weathered so be careful with kids always wearing shoes to avoid splinters! We absolutely would rent this home again.

Perfect for a family

Teens could do “oceanlakes” things while the adults relaxed. Phenomenal location, right on the beach, so we could sit on the porch & relax or walk a few steps out to the sand. Older house but very nice & had everything we needed.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Views

This is a wonderful property. It is oceanfront and only a few steps away. I love the porch and chairs that overlook the ocean. We were able to take our pups. The kids loved being so close to the beach and all the activities. Also, we enjoyed the golf cart. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We will stay again at this property. This was our first time staying in Ocean Lakes, we had visited friends in the past. Beach cottage was in a great quiet location, easy beach access, house was very clean, owner responsive within minutes. We had a wonderful week and can’t wait to return.

Great House in Fantastic Location!

Jen was a fabulous host to our family for the week! Her dog-friendly house was in the perfect location with immediate beach access & amazing views. Located perfectly at the edge of the campground to participate in all it has to offer, but be tucked away in a bit more peaceful spot. Very clean and lots of storage space!

Great beach house with the best location in the development.

We took our family to the beach, had 4 and a small child, would have comfortably accommodated 2-3 more people. There was a room off a bed room that was perfect for our little one. The location of this home is second to none.

We just did a family vacation and stayed at Jen’s property. We had five adults and four kids (ranging from 6 months to 6 years in age) and the property worked great for us. A Retirement getaway

This property was picked for its view of the ocean and its access but we did not know that this was a 18 mile community with pools things for kids to do water slides, parks to play in and you could eat go to store and never have to leave the area. Very nice they rent electric golf carts so no matter where you go or what you want to do or just ride around it's a very nice getaway and this one was dog friendly too. It was a great and relaxing stay

Perfect trip!

We had the best time staying at this beach house in Ocean Lakes. The kids were never bored and the house was perfect. We particularly liked the closeness to the access of the beach and the porch swing. Jen was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. It isn’t often you can go on a family vacation and not have any issues, but we did had that perfect trip! We are rebooking for next summer ASAP!!

Steve and I have been married for 20 years and have 4 fun, active kids and our dog, Mickey, who is 3.5 lbs of love. Together, we make Team Heicklen. We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for 18 years in our RV. Our family has grown up with great memories of our times here. So much so, that we bought homes here so other families can make their memories, too. Ocean Lakes is truly a hidden gem that inspired our company name, Sea Gems. As a family, there is SO much to do here affordably. We have made dear friends that we meet up with yearly. When not enjoying our time here, we live in Medford Lakes, NJ.

The views from this house are breathtaking. Instantly upon entering the deck, you feel a true sense of relaxation that only a beach front home can provide. I want to share this feeling with as many as possible by sharing my home with all of you.
