It’s ideal for a family or group of friends. It features 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, including:
- 1 master suite with a bathtub and walk-in shower (1 double bed)
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds
For groups larger than 10 people, 2 fold-out beds can be added.
There is a second bathroom with a shower.
A game room with a foosball table and darts.
A living/dining room with a smart TV, PS4, and a few games, plus a table that seats 8 to 10 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oil-free fryer...
A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline.
Children’s amenities: high chair, folding bed, changing table...

Our villa is located in a quiet area just 7 minutes from the ocean (Barcarès, Torreilles)
The Carrefour Salanca shopping centre is also less than 5 minutes away.
Close to the toll plaza—about 10 minutes away (easy access)
Close to the Spanish border (35 minutes)
