The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, near the Dinard golf course, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- You can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (no assigned space).

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included (received directly in a laundry bag in the apartment and must be returned in the same bag before leaving the accommodation)
- Free WiFi in the residence's communal areas.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- To take out the rubbish: bin in the residence parking lot.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
