Authentiek maar verouderd.

Beantwoordde niet aan onze verwachting: wat afgeleefd en niet zo verzorgd, de derde kamer was het woord 'kamer' niet waard, heel weinig parking nabij het logement en strand slechts op 30 minuten stappen. De communicatie met de host verliep niet altijd correct. St.Briac zelf is wel een aangenaam, nog vrij authentieke Bretoense locatie.

Location idéalement placée au centre de Saint-Briac. Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour et avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine.

Parfait !

Petite maison de pêcheur, toute mignonne et rustique. Nous étions avec 4 adolescents qui se sont installés dans le grenier aménagé. La maison est fonctionnelle, son confort est simple et basique mais rien ne manque.La terrasse est une belle piece supplémentaire sur laquelle nous prenions presque tous nos repas. Idéalement située à 2 minutes des commerces et 10min à pieds des premières plages. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous :-)

agréable séjour dans maison ancienne et typique de st Briac

très agréable séjour dans cette maison ancienne très fonctionnelle et rénovée. Tout est accessible à pied depuis les commerces du bourg jusqu'aux plages sans oublier les sentiers de bord de frémur. un bémol sur les places de parking non disponibles et les poubelles à déposer à 800 mètres du domicile

Maison authentique, idéale pour une famille ou des amis. Nous nous sommes sentis très confortables dans cette chaleureuse habitation, authentique et lumineuse. Et... quelle belle vue ! Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

La maison est bien rénovée et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. Elle située très prés du centre et pas très loin des plages. J'ai apprécié les chaises longues du balcon ! J'y reviendrai volontiers.

La maison est agréable, tout le nécessaire y est. On est dans le centre et les plages ne sont pas loin. Les transats de la terrasse sont les bienvenus. Une vraie semaine de détente. Merci !
