All bedrooms have a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), and some also include a desk. The living area opens onto the kitchen, with a large lounge featuring a wood-burning stove, large bay windows to enjoy the view, and a lovely terrace.

The spa is shared with the other accommodation, with daily access and a private time slot according to the schedule.

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The "Bio Corti & Spa" chalet is a true haven of peace in the heart of Champagny-en-Vanoise.

The "Bio Corti Spa 12" chalet can accommodate up to 12 people. Spread over four levels with a stone staircase, this accommodation has five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (including shower and toilet) and a dressing room. Some of them are also equipped with a desk. The two ground-floor bedrooms open onto a terrace with sun loungers and greenery.

The living area is open to a modern, fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, large hob, oven, and microwave.

The spacious living room offers a cozy spot to relax in front of a warm wood-burning stove. Furthermore, you can admire breathtaking mountain views through the large bay windows that flood the living room with natural light. To further enjoy the outdoors, a welcoming terrace extends from the sofas.

Guests have access to a wellness area including a hot tub and sauna. Access is shared, but with private time slots each day for each of the two accommodations.

LOCATION

The "Bio Corti & Spa" chalet enjoys an ideal location in the center of Champagny-en-Vanoise. You'll find the bakery just a 2-minute walk away, while the gondola lift, ski school, and the slopes of the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area are less than a 6-minute walk. Restaurants and the tourist office are also very close by. Furthermore, the municipal swimming pool with spa is just a 6-minute walk away. If you wish to explore the surrounding nature, the Vanoise National Park is only 5 km from the chalet. Finally, the Nordic ski area of ​​Champagny le Haut, offering cross-country skiing, dog sledding, an ice cave, ice climbing, and snowshoeing, is accessible by free shuttle.

ECOLOGY

Lorène and Florian have taken several steps to promote environmental sustainability, committed to preserving the exceptional natural setting in which they live and raise their two children. Underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a compost bin ensure a reduced carbon footprint. Furthermore, the chalet was built in collaboration with local artisans, primarily using European wood (framework, cladding, custom-made furniture), Italian tiles, and several pieces of French furniture and lighting. A few creations by Savoyard artisans, such as wall lights, a coffee table, a bench, and a headboard, add a touch of authenticity and character to the chalet.

Everything is within walking distance in Champagny en Vanoise (2-minute walk to the bakery, less than 6 minutes' walk to the gondola lift and the slopes of the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area, 6 minutes' walk to the municipal swimming pool and spa, and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and the tourist office). In addition to the compost bin in the garden, the recycling bin is 50 meters away.
