About the host

Hi! We are Eric and Chrissy, husband and wife, who have always had a special place in our hearts for Minnesota lake life.
Eric has family near Bemidji and Chrissy was a camp counselor near Remer, so the area holds a lot of memories for us.

We have three kids of our own, plus our dog, who love being up at the lake!

Watching our own kids play with sticks and get excited about catching fish with worms instead of staring at their iPads is always worth the drive to the lake.

Hosting families and hearing about the experiences made together is what we enjoy the most!

Laughing together out in the fresh air surrounded by the pines is truly the best pastime, and we are happy to share that with you.

Why they chose this property

Our little home is on one of my favorite lakes - swimming is clean and clear, fishing is great, lake traffic is quiet, and the trees keep it secluded.

Across the lake you can barely spot another house which makes it feel like you’ve got the lake to yourself. Nothing but trees and tall pines as the loons swim by. Perfection.

What makes this property unique

We hear from our guests that they love the deck the most. All three tiers of it!

Being able to comfortably be outside, watch the water, and catch some sun is what Minnesota summers are for!
