Cozy home with spacious garden and pool.

Our stay at this beautiful house was very nice! The home is really cozy and equipped with all the essentials. There is a very nice large garden, which features a spacious swimming pool and BBQ perfect for outdoor relaxation and dining. The owner is really friendly and provided valuable suggestions for our stay. Communication was smooth and effortless, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location is wonderfully serene, offering a peaceful environment that ensures a restful getaway. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with excellent amenities.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Hund, verbrachten vier Tage in Theo seiner Unterkunft. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Wir waren zu Beginn etwas irritiert, dass auf dem Grundstück noch ein weiteres Haus stand, dies wurde aber nur alle paar Tage für ein paar Stunden von Theo seinem Vater (der uns auch sehr nett begrüßte) besucht und störte uns nicht weiter. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Wir konnten in der Unterkunft, vor allem aber im Garten und Pool unsere Ruhe genießen. Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage. Als wir feststellten, dass das Gas für den Grill leer war und dies Theo meldeten ging es sehr schnell und er erklärte uns wo wir eine neue Gasflasche auf dem Grundstück finden können - das Barbecue war gerettet! Zu der Umgebung, bzw. Dem Strand am See können wir nicht viel sagen, da Hunde nicht gestattet waren. Verbesserungsvorschlag: etwas mehr Schatten im Garten: wir hatten tolles Wetter aber mussten den Schatten suchen.

Merci à Théo et sa famille pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et disponibilités. Merci pour les informations d’accueil et de visites en vidéo. Jolie petite location au calme et très bien équipée. Dans un quartier très calme proche de tous commerces. Location située idéalement près des principaux sites à découvrir. Depuis la location, on a la vue sur une partie du lac et sur les montagnes, on recommande vivement. Merci encore. Carole Wilfrid et leurs ados qui ont adoré.

Parfait de A à Z. Le cadre, le logement, l’emplacement, la propreté et tous les équipements à disposition.. Cet ensemble nous a permis de passer un super séjour dans cette très belle région. Een prachtige rustige privé locatie met een fijn groot zwembad. Stacaravan gedateerd maar prima. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Mooi gebied om op pad te gaan. Meer van Genève dichtbij en leuke dorpjes. Supermarkt op 6 minuten rij afstand. Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens terug te gaan. Onze tieners hebben ook genoten van het diepe zwembad!

Wunderschön am Genfersee

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den Genfersee und der umliegenden Landschaft. Der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber gibt jede Menge tolle Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele. Wir hatten demzufolge einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Super sejour avec logement au calme mais malgré tout proche de beaucoup de choses a visiter sur place (village medieval d'Yvoire a faire absolument). Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs explications détaillées et conseils de visite ! On recommande.

Les propriétaires sont disponibles tout en restant discret. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. La piscine est magnifique. La vue sur le lac Léman et les montagnes est très reposant, c'est le calme absolu. Nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours mais la région est splendide.

Très bon séjour au calme

Location très bien située sur un terrain privée, à l’écart du village seulement entourée de quelques maisons. Sans vis à vis, la seule qui pourrait donner sur la piscine appartient à un membre de la famille, qui fait en sorte de ne pas être là lorsque des locataires sont sur les lieux ( très appréciable) D’ailleurs, les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, respectants au mieux votre intimité. Bref, l’endroit est top, reposant et il y a ce qu’il faut pour toutes les envies ( baignade, balades, restos ou... farniente 😉) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et on vous souhaite bonne continuation. Isabelle et Anthony.
