Great vacation house

We rented this place for a family celebration for my Moms 82nd birthday. The place is beautiful and the view is very relaxing. The owners were easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous house & wonderful hosts!!

Ashley & Chris were great hosts from start to finish! Their gorgeous property made it hard to have any complaints! They were available whenever I had any questions about the house an location, and were quick to answer! The house is SO close to the AC boardwalk, making our nights out a super easy & safe commute! We definitely would stay at their property again for another trip to Atlantic City!!!

Nice property in AC

We were there with two families for dance Nationals and the home suited our needs perfectly. The space was really nice with enough beds and baths for everyone. We especially enjoyed having a fenced in yard with a water view and gorgeous sunsets!! There is little in the way of amenities provided (no linens, not a lot of toilet paper, no laundry detergent, etc) but the owners were immediately responsive and had some necessary items shipped to us during our stay! We were not fans of AC overall.. and the neighborhood was not great.. but again, we did not choose the location since we were there for an event. That being said, we would definitely stay in this home again if we had to come back.

Great host wonderful view

This home is exactly what we needed to kick up our feet and relax. The pictures are fairly accurate, lots of the furniture has tons of wear and tear. The furniture outside is rusted out. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, there was some cars gathered across the street to play very loud music. Bring your own pots and pans, as these ones are non sticks that are scratched up and rusted out. Hosts are great communicators.

The sunsets. Very Spacious home.The yards was gated w/ the waterfront only 2 ft away. Great views. Neighbors had, boat docks! Diverse community. Attentive Hosts. All Amazing! Our Family ages were from 69 to 2. We were all pleasantly accommodated! We had a Pastor & a Lawyer who held conferences in the conference room. While the babies ran around the house! Lovely house, lovely view

The house was lovely, very clean and well equipped. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very nice and the view of the sunset was just beautiful. Plenty to do close by that managed to keep six kids ages 17 to 5 occupied. One thing to mention, you will be unable to access the water the house is on for any reason. This was the fifth house we’ve rented on water and the only one where we could not go fishing, crabbing, rafting or any water activities. A bit disappointing but we managed. The owners were excellent. Very quick to respond to any question and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone who is interested in going to Atlantic City or beach activities if you don’t mind a 10 minute drive to Brigantine Beach.

Fantastic experience, all around

Our stay at this property was phenomenal. The house is beautifully located on a river offering immaculate views and a great outdoor area for having a few drinks, tanning, playing games, and socializing. The living space is very large, boasting a wonderful dining room table and two couches, perfect for having a large group. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, plates, and kitchen ware - making the travel load lighter. Each room has sizeable beds and pull out twin beds for extra places to sleep. Each room is very large, especially the master with upper balcony access. Parking for two cars and street parking was a huge bonus. We were not bothered by any neighbors and the area was pretty quiet. Even better - Ashley and Chris were incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, giving us all the information we needed about the house, check in, cleaning, wifi, and more. I don’t think it took more than 5 minutes for them to respond to any questions we had. I am so happy we chose this property for our friend’s bachelorette party - she even asked if we could leave a bar early because “I just love the house and really want to spend more time there.” 10/10!!!!

We all loved the house and the together time staying in the house afforded our group as opposed to if we all stayed in separate hotel rooms. Not to mention it was absolutely hilarious to have some of the 40+ year old men in bunk beds :) we will definitely book again if the conference returns to AC and will recommend to anyone coming up there.

Bachelor Party

We were looking for a nice house to relax in that wasn’t to far away from the action. We had a group of 11 and we wanted enough space to fit everyone comfortably. This house nailed it! Enough rooms and beds for us all. Beautiful scenery looking out the back windows and a super comfortable back yard. Enough space to grill and play cornhole. Check in process was super easy. Ashley and Chris made sure everything was clean and ready to go for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Atlantic City.

Wonderful house; great location.

My family was getting together for a birthday weekend in Atlantic City, and this property was a perfect fit. Spacious, clean home with all the amenities and beautiful views. Close to all casinos. A great home base for a weekend of fun in AC, and an equally great place to stay at home and relax. And Chris and Ashley, the hosts, were so responsive and really went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent experience and property.

Chris and Ashley purchased Water's Edge in March 2021 after falling in love with it's incredible sunset views right on the water. It's primary function is to serve as a family get away for our family. With three kids who are busy with sports and activities, we decided to offer it for rent during the times we are unable to enjoy it. It is still our favorite place to be and we hope you think so as well.
