A cosy little holiday rental on the upper floor of a stone farmhouse. It consists of:
- two bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine)
- a living room with a two-seater sofa and an armchair, table with 4 chairs
- Outside: private garden area with a patio, outdoor furniture, lounge chair, and barbecue
- Parking.

It is ideally located on a quiet little cul-de-sac, surrounded by 2 hectares of greenery. Just a 2-minute walk from city centre Muzillac, you’ll quickly find yourself surrounded by nature—whether it’s lush greenery or the blue sea—since we’re ideally situated just 10 minutes from Billiers Beach.

Once you’ve settled in, head out to explore the port of Billiers and Pointe Pen Lan, where you’ll discover the magnificent Rochevilaine estate (Thalasso, Relais & Châteaux) for a relaxing wellness break.
Just 10 minutes away, discover the charming little historic village of Le Guerno: characterful houses, its pleasant Tuesday night market (July through August), and the beautiful Branféré Park with a wide variety of animals in spacious enclosures. There are interesting activities, such as the bird show and an exceptional Parcabout adventure course for all ages.
Just 10 minutes away, on the banks of the Vilaine River, La Roche-Bernard—designated a “Petite Cité de Caractère®”—has preserved its charm, authenticity, and exceptional heritage. Exploring the town means strolling through charming narrow streets and stepping back in time along the “3 Bridges of Morbihan” walking trail.
Also just 10 minutes away, you’ll find the seaside resort of Damgan, Ambon—the village of the salt workers—and Arzal with its hydroelectric dam, a gateway between our region and the Guérande peninsula, marking the entrance to the river and the exit to the sea; The 500-meter-long dam is the longest estuary dam in Europe. Just 20 minutes away is Vannes, where you can immerse yourself in the maritime history of this famous pirate city and its most renowned figures (Surcouf, Chateaubriand, Jacques Cartier...).
