Modern and functional single-storey house with private pool without vis-à-vis; located in a quiet and residential location, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms included, a large living room with equipped kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the swimming pool (6x3.20m).
5 minutes from the motorways, you can easily visit our beautiful region, its medieval towns: Pézénas, Narbonne, Montpellier, Carcassonne; while being 5 minutes by car from the entertainment and many restaurants of the historic centre of Béziers.
The villa is also located 16 minutes by car from the beaches (Valras, Agde, Sète) and 35 minutes from the Haut Languedoc natural park with its many swimming and canyoning spots (Gorges de Colombières sur Orb and Heric). Many canoe trips also in this park (Roquebrun) cycle paths (greenway) and hikes....

Wow, wow, wow … Was sollen wir sagen – schon von der ersten Minute an, als wir die wunderbaren Eigentümer trafen, die uns herzlich willkommen hießen und dafür sorgten, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Villa selbst ist absolut makellos, sehr sauber, modern und bietet buchstäblich alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gab sogar eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung, alkoholfreie Getränke usw.Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr privat und verfügt über einen sehr schönen Gasgrill; der Pool selbst ist perfekt. Wenn ihr das Glück habt, diese Villa zu buchen, werdet ihr es nicht bereuen – sie ist einfach perfekt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit sonnigem Pool. 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad mit Waschbecken und 1 WC im Haus.Parken direkt auf dem abschließbaren Grundstück vor der Haustür möglich.Sehr zu empfehlen.
