This nice 15 sq. m flat is located on the ground floor and includes :

## Neighborhood

By staying in the 11th arrondissement in the Bastille district, you will be at the heart of one of the most trendy and animated districts of the capital. Plenty of designers boutiques, restaurants, bars, animations… will be accessible on foot. You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, le Marais, the Place de la Bastille, and also Buttes-Chaumont park, one of Paris's biggest green spaces.

Great new place

I think this property was just recently renovated, as everything in it was clean and new. A good size kitchen, and decent bathroom, for Europe. Again- all new stuff. The neighborhood had a lot of bars and restaurants, and is close to transportation, as well as the Bastille. Very quiet in the property at night, and secure entry to the property.
