Orange Bowl Regatta in the Grove

Super convenient location in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the Grove. The ~1920’s duplex bungalow is fronted with a beautifully planted, gated garden with a pond. The location is easily walkable to downtown Coconut Grove, the waterfront, yacht clubs / USSC as well as the Fresh Market. We spent 10 days there during the Orange Bowl regatta and ate / prepared many meals “at home” and do quite a few loads of laundry!

Beautiful!

Great experience in both cottage and 2 br. Loved the location very convenient. Loved being able to walk around and experience good food and boutiques. Beach was 10 minutes by car very easy and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the 2 br has a screened in porch very nice to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Grounds are kept well and also fenced in for our lovely pets . Host was excellent!

The charm of the Grove

I enjoyed my stay at this old but well kept Grove property. With my wife we were running away from the cold winter of CT. The plan was to tele-work from sunny Florida instead. The location was ideal, and the internet connection had just been ugraded to handle vido streaming and tele-conferencing. Bandit and Gus, our two furry companions, enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood, the doggy parks and the doggy beach nearby. The yard is fenced, so they were safe. Dining out and grocery were at walking distance. We enjoyed dining outdoors in the yard. This home has some normal wear and tear but we're not into ultra-modern luxury homes, so for us this was a good choice and a good value for our money,

Best Location!!!

The location was superb and the communication with the host went smooth. Their interactive video-showing of the place by zoom was not available unfortunately but the place was nice, with a new kitchen and a fenced yard. This historic Spanish colonial home has a lot of characte. It’s not advertised as a luxury place and it’s certainly not for people who like the brand new sparkling modern stuff. The beautiful tropical greenery comes together with some harmless wildlife like squirrels and lizards, which i personally like to watch. As much as i did enjoy my stay very much, and plan to return, the Grove is a beautiful place for Nature lovers but not for everyone.
