Walk four steps into your gorgeously updated one-level lake front condo; it features sweeping views of beautiful Norris Lake with a clean and bright interior. Your family will enjoy making memories from the 40' covered deck complete with gas grill, dining and sitting areas. Inside, all will have plenty of room in this open concept large kitchen, dining and living area to enjoy classic games, movies and music together in the quiet of the evening. Later, retire to comfortable beds with soft linens (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of Twin over Full bunks). A slip is available for an additional $75/night fee. Walk to your awaiting boat from the condo for a day of fun out on the crystal clear Norris waters. You could also stroll down to the community pool reserved for Condo owners and guests only. Deerfield Resort boasts a variety of activities and amenities. The Tiki Bar is a happy friendly spot to grab a delicious bite to eat, or a cold drink. There is an18 hole golf course, with a sandwich shop, tennis courts, a playground and a second community pool that you will also be able to enjoy. There is even a landing strip on property if you prefer to arrive by air. Just outside the resort's security gate, you'll find the Market Deli for a few groceries or other meal options from their kitchen. This is run by a wonderful couple who will also be happy to do your grocery shopping and deliver it to your door. And if that wasn't enough, The Chapman Hill Winery is a stones' throw from the deli. They feature wine tasting in a friendly comfortable environment. They also offer a limited menu, but boy it is sure good. Buy a bottle or two of your favorites to enjoy there or back at the condo.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was perfect. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room which was good because we brought way too much stuff. Terry was so informative and helpful leading up to and during the trip. I highly reccommend this space.

While the drive to get to property can be a little lengthy - this place is SO worth it! I was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate a friend getting married! Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and a great kitchen!

If your departure is in winter the closest you can visit is Gatlimburg and it is 1:30 away , It is a beautiful lake, it hurts that there is not much to do in winter

The condo was excellent! Very open living space, great views from the deck and easy access to the dock. We loved our stay and would definitely go back and highly recommend. The condo is in a great location- close to Springs and Shanghai. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck with Great Lake views and played games there when we got back at night.

Awesome ground-floor space right next to the lake. Beautifully appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Condo was just as described. Host was incredibly nice and helpful and went above and beyond to help my 90-year old grandma before the check-in time. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo in quiet community. Short walk down to the boat dock. Condo is beautiful and well equipped. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Cleaning crew accused us of having an animal because my kids left wrappers and crumbs under the bed I did not see. Owner believed me there was no pet and reversed the charges, thankfully! That was a bit frustrating, but the owner was very nice and resolved the issue.

Perfect Lake Get Away

We loved just about everything about this property. The location and setting is beautiful. Condo is only a few steps up from the parking lot - where others in the complex are up or down a flight of stairs. The views of the lake and boats passing, available slip for docking. Terry was very responsive and made things easy from start to finish. The deck is huge and even includes an outside fridge! If bringing a boat be aware there is no trailer parking at the condo. You must arrange that with the marina or find an outside place to store. Great lake get away - looking forward to next time!

The location and property is/was awesome! The host was nothing by attentive and responsive to my emails and/ or texts! I highly recommend this property! I will provide some recommendations though, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags were a little short. There were 7 of us for 7 days. The amount of each item available was not gonna suffice, especially the garbage bags. We did purchase additional of all the above. Which at the end of the day is not by any means a deal breaker. I am not complaining by any means whatsoever, just want to express our experience for others. Thank You for your hospitality! Neil H.

Enjoyed Our Vacation

Norris Nirvana is a beautiful property. The views from master and living rooms are amazing. The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had many pots, pans, baking items etc. The property owner, Terry, was very helpful and extremely responsive. I would say though the property could use a bit of maintenance - the toilet seat in 2nd bathroom is loose, the deck has bugs and cobwebs (it needs a good powerwash), there were a number of fruit flies everywhere in the unit, and three of the dinning chairs are wiggly. Overall, a very nice unit. It just needs some maintenance that is why I couldn't give it a full 5 stars. I wanted too.
