Awesome home and great owners!

This is the nicest place we have ever rented via VRBO and it was our second stay....I will continue to come to this property when wanting to come to the North Country!!!

We have stayed here before, loved it the first time and the kids wanted to go back!

The owner is great! She promptly communicates back, is available is you have any questions etc. My family loved the house when we stayed here before and they asked to go to the same place! I would definitely recommend!

Super cute classic country home.

The online pix don’t do the property justice. The house was everything and mire. We had a great time for this newly blended family. We had missing linens and didn’t discover until 10pm the night we checked in. The owner drove 35 minutes into town to Purchase us all brand new linens. We later learned she had been very ill and had brand new puppies she has to hand feed. As a property owner myself we could have made do for the night but she went above and beyond we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

My 20 something age girls and I came to stay to ski and enjoy the holidays. You made your home our home and it was beautiful and very cozy ! The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances are top rate and a dream to cook with . The WiFi was easy to get onto and there were two new large couches ( among others ) with automatic head and foot controls . We all needed that relaxation after skiing ! A cozy indoor propane stove, and an another stove in the extra room with more family space. The Linens ,and towels were plentiful and easy to find and the third bathroom made everything so convenient for everyone . Nicole and family were readily available if I had questions. I’m so glad we stayed here ! We will be coming again .

Ski Getaway at the farm

We had a great time staying here! The house was even better than the pictures. A couple of the bedrooms are small, but they were only needed for sleep (we had 5 teenagers, 1 child, and 4 adults) The yard/land is beautiful. The owners were wonderful! Her son showed us around the property/farm and talked to us about the animals, answered all our questions and was just so polite! We went up for skiing, it was about 30-35 min away from North Conway. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome

Everything about this property was excellent…the house is beautiful and spacious and ultra clean. The “yard” was perfect for the kids with bikes and scooters. The farm was great…we all enjoyed the animals…feeding them and listening to them. The town beach at the lake was great. Evenings by the fire pit was so relaxing. Nicole was a great hostess! Can’t wait to go back again.

The Fitzgerald's owned a second home in Maine and fell in love with the area. They decided to move up and create a farm where their children could raise animals and learn about their care.

Why they chose this property

Unique experience next door to the farm. Close to Kezar Lake with its beaches and amazing fishing. Saco River down the road for kayaking, canoeing and tubing. Mountains for skiing and tubing. Snowmobile trails are in abundance.

What makes this property unique

Everyone who stays at the Inn at the Fitzgerald's Funny Farm can receive a personal tour at The Funny Farm next door. You can meet the sheep, alpacas, horses and cattle that live on the farm. Tours and access are with Farm Hosts only.
