Single-storey house of 70m², completely renovated, in the heart of the Ile d'Oléron. The accommodation is ideally located in the town of Saint-Pierre d'Oléron. The house is located 5 minutes from all shops and supermarkets (market, restaurants, bars, shops, historic town, etc.). The first beach is only 3 km away with direct access by cycle paths. The house is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm double bed and the other with 2 90cm single beds) as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. You will have a 600m² plot of land fully fenced with a private terrace without vis-à-vis. The accommodation also has a private parking space. Other remarks: Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
