Large, quiet house with wooded garden and swimming pool, near town center (12' )
In the district Hospitals-faculties (north of the city center), in secure residence, very quiet, particularly wooded, we rent according to the period, weekly, fortnight or month, between the end of May and mid-September our large house fully equipped, internet, Wifi, livebox, TV (+ Orange and Netflix decoder), air-conditioned, southern exposure, with flower garden 1450m ² closed (automatic watering), parking 3 cars inside, + swimming pool (8.4 x 4.5m) and pool house with WC. (Barbecue, plancha, ping-pong table, table football, ..., swing gantry, children's and adults' bikes).
12' from the city center by tram (200m from the house). 30' from the beaches by car.
Housekeeper, gardener and pool specialist 1 time per week.
