Well worth stay!

Incredibly comfortable layout and pool with a hot tub integrated with the pool system! Everything worked and had lots of fun watching the quail, doves, and bunnies. And host is awesome communicator, which is a blessing in today’s world and environment!

Great Place to Stay

Very nice place to stay. Heated pool, private back yard, open kitchen/great room perfect for relaxing after a day of activities (or for spending the day at the house). Easy access to town, hiking, beach, etc. via short car ride. Great views, super clean, and seemingly relatively new.

We paid extra for a hot tub and pool to be heated but the pool was never warm enough to swim once in 6 days and every time we wanted the hot tub warmed we had to text him ahead of time wait 2 hours then we could get in. Then wanted notifications of when we were done so he could shut it off, I even told him how much of an inconvenience It was several times. Next time he should charge more or not advertise that it could be heated, such a disappointing time for us friends. I asked for my extra heating fee back. And I only received a credit for one day, so incredibly disappointing. Reading his guest book from past visits,it was in their comments as well regarding the temperature at which she keeps his so-called heated pool and hot tub. Speaking to Chip he said he has a really high heating bill and was trying to figure out the sweet spot. We went to another resort to swim for 2 days. If you don’t want to swim or hot tub yet been charged for it, then this is a great house to rent.
