The sleeping area has 90cm bunk beds.

The bathroom has been renovated and is very practical. Separate toilet.

The flat is practical and has several cupboards for storage.

The Pointe Vermeille residence is located in the Coudalère district of Port Barcarès.

Swimming pool open in season, reserved for residents.

The residence is secured by a gate; unnumbered parking spaces are available for tenants.
