Best beds in town!

This is a super cute home and the beds are absolutely to die for! The owner was super easy to work with and they decorated for Christmas right before we got there. Everything was easy to find and organized well. I highly recommend this property!

The house was very nice and in a nice, revitalized neighborhood. Close to some good places to eat. Highly recommend.

Cozy getaway

We had a great time at our stay. The house was absolutely adorable and the outside area was set up beautifully! Definitely recommend this place. It was a perfect spot for our family.

Cottage to Jax

Perfect fit for our Jax Jazz trip, had such a good time, walking distance Orsay & Iguana on Park....had the last night of cool weather and enjoyed the fire pit. It was perfect for our needs. The carpet needed some help but it didn't keep us from having a good time. We would choose to stay there again if in Jax...

This house is available on VRBO to help cover my father-in-law's long-term care and related expenses. He's owned this home for 30 years. In 2021 he moved out of this place and into an assisted living facility. Thanks to our VRBO guests, the home he worked for, now works for him.

Private home with covered carport in Jacksonville's Avondale neighborhood. Situated in an upscale neighborhood and only 3 miles from downtown. Conveniently located with a hip population and trendy bars & restaurants less than 0.3 miles away (walking distance).

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed, Smart TV connected to high speed internet, USB ports, ceiling fan, ample closet space with clothes hangers. Windows with privacy blinds and/or curtains.

Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms - Situated between the Primary bedroom and the hallway. (Jack and Jill style)

Full size Tub/Shower combo situated between the 1/2 baths.

Living Room: Spacious living room with full size leather sofa and 2 wingback chairs (one is large).

Outside: nicely manicured lawn, Small front porch, Back patios with chairs, Small charcoal grill, and fire pit and outdoor lights.

Neighborhood: Clean streets, beautiful neighborhood, well cared for sidewalks & friendly neighbors.

The home is furnished with ample cookware and dishware. A starter supply of paper goods and toiletries is provided.

What makes this property unique

When you rent this home, you’re renting from individuals and not a 3rd party management company. This is the only home we rent. We answer all messages personally and designed the home to be a cozy and comfortable place to stay. We want it to be a place we would enjoy coming to (and we often do).

The home is within walking distance (or short drive) to dining & nightlife including live music.

Excellent pizza restaurant (Moon River Pizza) just around the corner. or pizza delivery from 5 Star pizza (rated 4 stars on Yelp) just 2 blocks from our place.
