Great location

House was in a great location for us, spacious and clean.Pool was clean, yard is ginormous! Kitchen could have used a few more supplies, but we made it work.

There should be more crockery. There were only 4 coffee cups, for example. We only ate breakfast there, so don't really know the extent of the pots and pans, silverware, or plates, etc. Otherwise, the place was perfect for our stay

Convenient and so worth it!

Returned to my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida for family wedding. Your home was a perfect location for us. So much better than a hotel, too. Plenty of rooms for family, nice pool, games, large yard, and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the back porch and pool deck so much. Makes a pleasant setting for morning coffee. It was a very peaceful, fun, and relaxing weekend. I will certainly look into booking next time I'm in town again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. beautiful home.

Spacious Pool home

The property was as advertised. The pool was amazing and the kids couldn’t get enough. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen has limited utensils but enough for the average family. There’s room for five on the couches in the living. The beds were quite comfortable. The property owner was great and responded quickly to a minor hiccup with the internet. Would gladly stay here again.

Not what we expected

The trash can outside was filled so full it was open so we could not even empty the one we used in the house. The yard needs to be mowed, grass was really high around fence line. Shrubs were rediculous.There was a bag of something blocking the back gste.

Lisa's group stayed the day after Hurricane Helene came through. A big family who had to evacuate from Taylor County, Florida stayed the two nights before Lisa arrived. They did leave quite a bit of trash, but we have two other trash bins next to the main one that are empty and can be used for additional trash if the main bin is full. Trash is picked up every Wednesday. Our lawn care is usually on Thursday, but everyone shut down operations on Thursday 9/26/24 because of the hurricane. We'll have lawn care tomorrow to address the grass and bushes. I'm sorry Lisa didn't enjoy our property, but considering the weather situation I think we did a pretty good job hosting.
