Ground floor: lounge/diner, kitchen/small terrace with garden furniture, bathroom/WC. 1st floor: mezzanine lounge, 2 double bedrooms (king-size or 2 small singles). Heated swimming pool (June to September, no lifeguard, open at set times), large shared garden with pond (beware with young children). Central Poitiers is just 10 minutes away.
