Enclosed private courtyard (80m²), garden furniture, terrace, parking. Price includes electric heating. A well-appointed, bright house in the village square by a stream. Charente river nearby, lovely country walks. Playground (swing, slide….) 100m away, fishing ground (500m), riding stables (2km). Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
