Beautiful Rural Boutique Gite
The gite is in a small village LORIGNE nestled in the beautiful Poitou Charentes region of South West France.
We are a Boutique GITE with an open plan lounge diner with a fully fitted kitchen, The Gite also benefits from air-con which circulates up through the mezzanine cooling the three lovely bedrooms, All bedrooms have double beds one has ensuite and one with day bed that pulls out to a double ideal for kids, One has direct access to the large family bathroom. All windows have shutters and fly screens.
We have a newly installed modern heated swimming pool with a sliding (Abri) cover for those cooler days & nights, there is a large partially shaded sunken seating area and a large partially shaded chill out area, also there is a lovely private eating area with a large

Le Gite is located in a lovely tranquil location but not that far away from the nearest town of Sauzé-Vaussais which has a Super U supermarket for any food / drink requirements.
The place itself is immaculate decorated with 3 large bedrooms, (one en-suite) a large kitchen diner/living room, with free wi-fi (a must for teenage children!!)
Externally it has a large heated swimming pool, sun beds and shaded areas, a sunken decked area equipped with a much needed portable drinks ...

Beautiful Gite with 3 luxury bedrooms & two bathrooms. We had our own private pool and outdoor area which was also immaculate. Le Gite is set in a picturesque part of France with Lots of little towns in easy driving distance. Helen & Mark were very welcoming & were on hand with great recommendations of places to visit, thank you for making our visit so enjoyable & we look forward to returning in the future. S Helling
