We were visiting family for the Christmas and stayed here to be closer to them. Raj was extremely attentive and the house was perfect for our family. Thanks for the great stay!

Hmmm
Overall inside house was clean but yard was mess. Over night pests dragging garbage to yard. Front door extremely hard to open. No place to dine for dinner as parking very limited. Feel price was high and photos exaggerated..
We stayed in this house during Indianapolis GenCon. It was clean, and ready upon arrival and just a 10 minute drive to the Convention Center. It served all of our needs perfectly! Thank you.
. My husband kids and father-in-law enjoyed a few days in Indianapolis at this perfect spot. They said that everything was just what they needed for a few days away from home. Grateful to have such a great host that was easy to communicate with. They are already planning their next Stay!
What an incredible weekend we had at 315! It was an absolutely ideal location for walking back and forth to events on campus, and allowed us to move through drop off and not have to deal with the notoriously difficult Butler Parking Debacle. It is a cozy little retreat, but it was perfect as a landing by pad for our weekend adventures. We will be back!
We were in town to see a weekend of concerts in Noblesville, IN and this place was perfect for us! Not too far from Ruoff Music Center made it easy to get there before the shows and back afterward. The rooms were comfortable and the place was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen had what we needed to get our days started and to make any food we brought. There was a nice little backyard for us to sit by the fire pit and take it easy before calling it a night. The host was very communicative from start to finish and was easy to reach when we had questions. My only suggestion would be to make the lights in the backyard controllable (to allow them stay on or off). Overall a very pleasant stay!
Broken driveway, exterior damage & undesirable location was a few items of concern for my husband and me. We booked for children’s museum and when we pulled into the driveway I immediately told my husband this can’t be the place. Once we stepped and immediately left for a hotel. Interior had some representation of what was posted online but the sheer size wasn’t articulated enough. Super small for a family of 4. My husband shoulders were the size of the bedroom and bathroom entrances. Cute home inside but not in a desirable neighborhood. We left right after checking in and reserved a nearby hotel. We notified the owner to cancel our reservation. Which they were respectful and polite. Highly suggest reviewing the neighborhood prior to committing a reservation.

Not as expected!
We only stayed for less then an hour. On a good note the place has a ton of potential. Its cute and you can tell the host is trying. The upstairs main room needs more furniture, it makes no sense for the basement to be the sitting area with the lack of windows and again the smell of a michigan basement. However, we walked in and it smelled pretty bad from the start. We started to unpack and I noticed the towels that were on my bed were still wet and I was not positive they were clean. The furniture upstairs has stains on most of the dining chairs and the two chairs that are available to sit on had stains as well. The host was very responsive and apologetic. We ended up going to a hotel for the weekend as I was not comfortable staying there. I dont love giving bad reviews as the host truly was understanding. I think with a few updates and new furniture this place will be amazing.
This is a great location very close to Butler University. Comfortable beds, easy parking and exactly as written. The backyard fire pit is great, unfortunately we were visiting on a cold and rainy/snowy weekend but had it been nice it would have been a great place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again, and plan to when visiting our daughter at Butler in the future!
We chose this property because of its proximity to Butler, where our son is a student. The house is very clean and the check in process was easy. Definitely on the small side and not ideal for gathering around the living room to watch football in the living room upstairs. Once we aired out the basement (smelled probably because it was shut up for a few days), we were able to move to the basement. Overall, it was convenient and clean and that is what was most important to us.
Stayed here while attending DCI finals week. Clean, quiet location with easy access to downtown and Broad Ripple. Backyard was great and enjoyed the opportunity to relax outside.
This cute little house was exactly what we were looking for in the area we needed to be in. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. There's also a comfy seating area in the basement that we didn't discover until the last night. We chose this rental due to the proximity to Crown Hill Cemetery, where my dad is buried. We've already decided we will rent here again next year for the anniversary of his passing. Great little place that has everything you could ask for. Owners are great and very communicative.

House was nice and had been updated, served the purpose of what we needed. Living rooms needs a couch or different type furniture for family to sit and converse together. Beds were fabulous.
Raj was very nice and enjoyed working with him.
Our family stayed here for various days over two weeks and Raj is very responsive and communicative. Inside is very clean and beds are very comfortable. Exterior could use a little tlc and as well as houses on either side but a great home base to explore Indy and Butler and surrounding area. Thanks Raj!
Overall this property is ideal for smaller family stay as a home base to explore the area. It is not in the best location and the houses on both sides are not very well kept outside but that is out of this property owner’s control. Owner is very communicative and responsive and friendly. House is very clean inside and beds are very comfortable. Outside patio area is nice but could use some better weed control to be more appealing to use. Cosmetic Curb side appeal out front on approach could use some refresh and tidying up for first impression- aside from this overall good experience. Thanks for the accommodations!
Very clean place. The hosts were great and very receptive to any questions or problems I had.
