A great view from the balcony of this 6th floor 2 BR, 2 BA condo in Building 3 greets the morning sun and offers afternoon shade. The bedrooms are queen size, and the hide-a-bed sofa is full size to sleep a total of six guests. The keyless entry front door directly overlooks the resort's main swimming pool, hot tub, grilling area. No road crossing on the way to the beach for our guests! Just stroll down the walkway to the beachside elevator which lands at the dune crossover. A one umbrella and 2 chair beach set-up is included with your rental (March - October only). Extra set-ups and paddle board/kayak rentals available on the beach. Inside this beachy, upscale furnished unit you have new flat screens in living room and bedrooms plus WIFI. All your shopping needs are close by the complex.

NOTE: The tennis courts are not available due to repairs which has turned into a demolition/replace project. The parking garage will be closed from now through May 23 which will make parking difficult, particularly during busy times like Spring Break, but should re-open by Memorial Day. Demolition of the tennis courts (the parking garage is underneath) will start by March 23 so it could be noisy during working hours (not evenings and night), All construction should end before Memorial Day. Note that the unit itself, the swimming pools the beach are not affected. Rental price is discounted during the construction schedule. Rentals during high season starting the last week of May at Mainsail will be back to normal.
