Welcome home to this newly 2021 Built 3brdm/2bath Puyallup Duplex. Our upper floor rental is nestled perfectly in the downtown core of Puyallup, WA. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a view of Mt. Rainier, open concept living room w/ fireplace and gourmet kitchen. Conveniently located just 3 blocks from local restaurants, Puyallup Fair grounds & the Sounder train to Seattle. WIFI, cable connected televisions along with a smartlock is provided for easy check-in. (Pets welcome) Enjoy!

Everything is in great condition. Very nice place to stay for activities at the State Fair Grounds, close to dining options, lots of parking, mostly quiet (there is a train nearby). The beds were comfortable. Could use better lighting in the master bath over the sinks, the bulbs were very dim. Hard to apply makeup, but not a major issue.

You're on the upper floor of a duplex. Easily accessible with good handrails. It's fairly new with all of the amenities you'll need. Posting says 4 bedroom. There's only 3. Says sleeps 9. Really 7. King & queen beds were very comfortable. Bunkbed matresses were mediocre. Twin air beds were available to round up the 9 posted. Bedding provided was quality. Furnishings elsewhere were nice. Decorating was professional and in good taste. Decent wifi throughout. The train is a block away but white noise at night pretty much fades it out.

A beautiful retreat

This property has everything. So much thought and care has been applied to making this place beautiful and comfortable, with every possible amenity at your fingertips. This was our home base for a week for our daughter’s wedding and we so appreciated the beauty and quiet comforts this home offers. The owners are responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to spend the week.

What a lovely home! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.The trains were a bit of an issue as they are very noisy. But it's only a few times a night.

Perfect in Puyallup

We stayed at this home for a family wedding over the weekend. The house location was perfect for the rehearsal dinner in Tacoma and wedding in Puyallup. The house is very comfortable and had ample living space for 6 adults. The main bathroom has a tub shower. Older adults could have trouble getting in and out of the tub based on the height of the tub. Would suggest adding a grab bar. Only other issue was the train tracks are very close to the house so depending on where you are in the house this might bother someone. Other than that the house had all the amenities to make you feel right at home.

Great stay for a family wedding

This property was perfect for our group! The oversized kitchen and living room were light, clean, and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. They even had a collection of games and toys. Kitchen was well-equipped. The only thing I could have asked for was a slightly bigger table for meals and bigger coffee mugs. Not a big deal. We loved having a morning porch and an evening porch! We also appreciated the safer parking in back. We will be back!

The house was exactly as listed online. It was actually a bit more stocked than other vrbos we have stayed at in the past (shampoo, condiments, etc). Walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in living room while in front bedroom, but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay again!
