More information on the daycare website The interiors: Designed on half levels, the villa, equipped with bay windows and facing south, is particularly bright. It has a total of 11 beds (8+3). The main villa has a sleeping capacity of 8 people (2 bedrooms each with 1 180X200 bed separable into 2 90cm beds, 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 90X200 beds) as well as an en-suite bathroom, 2 shower rooms (Italian showers) and 3 toilets. A small exterior dry stone staircase allows you to access the independent T2 which has 3 beds: 1 bed of 180X200 separable into 2 beds of 90, an Italian shower, a WC and a double sink, a small equipped kitchen, as well as a lounge area with 1 80X190 bed The exteriors: Overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Pradet, this villa is a haven of peace. With family or friends, everyone will have their independence thanks to its numerous terraces. The estate's small staircase (closed by a gate for which you will have the key) will allow you to go directly down to a pretty cove. Back from the beach, you can sober up in the outdoor teak shower and continue swimming in the infinity pool. A glass of rosé awaits you in the small outdoor bar fridge. The house is located in a private domain secured by a code gate. This estate includes around ten villas. The villa is located in Le Pradet, a Provençal village which has retained its old-world charm with its pretty fountain. Place du Pradet is very lively, with its restaurants and small cafes. Balls and concerts are organized there in the evening. Once a week, on Friday, a Provençal market is held there. The house is 15 km (20 mins) from Toulon Hyères airport and 9.5 km (15 mins) from Toulon TGV station. Marseille airport is 97 km away. You can easily park several cars in the Domaine crossing which is closed by a gate. The Domaine has private access to Bonnettes beach (3 minutes walk from the villa). The Pradétan tennis club is accessible on foot (800 meters). The Pradet nautical club (rental of dinghies, paddles, windsurfing boards, canoes, etc.) is 1.5 km from the house. The shops and restaurants of Place du Pradet are located 1 km from the villa. You will find a supermarket (Hyper Casino) with a fish and butcher section 2 km away (5 minutes by car). All rooms are air-conditioned without exception. On one of the terraces you will find a barbecue and gas plancha as well as a mini bar fridge allowing you to cook outside. However, the outdoor pizza oven cannot be used due to the risk of fire.
