Spectacular luxury lake house! My wife and I would love to host you as our guests. Please read our reviews to get a sense of your upcoming experience should you decide to stay with us!

Beautiful home on private Lake Charmaine (aka Himmerville). This retreat is perfect for kids and family, or just adult friends who want to relax and have fun on the lake. The outdoor space is unmatched as you relax on a covered porch, Gazebo, sun deck, or up close and personal with the water on the dock. 2 dining areas include both indoors and out, and also a second floor covered deck with an incredible view! Like fire?….. this property has an outdoor gas fire table to enjoy the night away.

This waterfront Lakehouse has so many areas to put your feet up, sip your favorite beverage, and enjoy. Inside, you will find cathedral ceilings, spectacular views, a modern, fully stocked kitchen with double oven and large island, indoor dining, spacious living room, and 3 cozy bedrooms. Additional amenities include 2 kayaks, and 2 beach cruiser bicycles to ride around the lake.

Watch all your weekend sports on the 85 inch TV in the living room! Free Wifi across the entire property and a nice corner desk included for use in case work calls.

The big lakes (Conroe, Livingston, Sam Rayburn) are fun.... but there's nothing better than a small private lake to recharge and spend quality time with the family.

Himmerville will be a place you will want come back to over and over. So many outdoor spaces to relax with friends and family! An 85 inch TV to watch moviea, and enjoy coffee on the dock in the morning! Our reviews speak for themselves…. This is lake life with a little bit of luxury baked inside!

Wonderful lake house experience

Well maintained, elegantly furnished house. Tons of outdoor living space. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi as well as swimming and kayaking in the lake. The kids were extremely excited about the hammock and loft beds. The owners put a lot of time and effort into making the entire house an experience. The outdoor living spaces, especially were thoughtfully put together and provided. Definitely would stay here again.

Stellar lakehouse with multiple incredible decks for incredible views of the lake!!

This lakehouse rental is INCREDIBLE!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The decor is awesome and the hosts are super responsive. It is the best equipped rental I have ever seen!! They have thought of everything!! There is a well stocked coffee bar, a grill, and EVERY accoutrement to make you feel at home. The attention to the smallest detail is unmatched. We went here to relax, rejuvenate and recharge and thanks to this amazing lakehouse with multiple beautiful decks we were able to do just that. Don’t think about it, book this place today!! You will be glad you did. We look forward to returning very soon.

Awesome Lake House

My family rented this lake house right after the 4th of July. The property is modern, beautiful and very comfortable. Tom was very responsive and easy to contact. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming, biking and hanging out in the many outside seating areas. We are very glad we found it and would definitely come back.

Incredible lake house

My husband and I rented this house for a 5 day getaway. The house is beautiful and perfectly located right on the water. Very nicely decorated on the inside and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Tom met us there when we checked in to make sure we knew where everything was and how to use lights, speakers, outdoor fans etc…There are 2 kayaks which we took out every morning. It’s a small private lake so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor space is wonderful. Great fans on the deck so it was comfortable to sit outside even on a hot day. Highly recommend this house and I would definitely stay here again

Great Lake Retreat

This was the perfect lakeside retreat for the Memorial holiday weekend. The picture-perfect views and easy access to the water was very enjoyable. The house has everything you need for a relaxing and carefree trip. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
