Overall, the house nice and the area is quiet and pretty. However, we were not aware that the washer wasn't working when we arrived and had planned to use it while on the trip. It would have been nice to have been made aware that the washer wasn't working before we arrived. Having extra towels would have been nice seeing as how the washer wasn't working. Otherwise, the house was clean and enjoyable.

We rented this place so that we could stay near family in Woodville while in town for a funeral. We wanted somewhere affordable where we could sleep and shower, but spent most of our time out with family. Overall, the house was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for our breakfast needs, the location is peaceful and quiet, and the beds were comfy. The host Reina responded quickly to any questions we had. This is a great place for the price, especially since it is difficult to find affordable, comfortable rentals in this area. We would stay here again.

The property is very nice and super clean. They had a nice assortment of tea for me (which I had not requested) and had bottled water in the refrigerator - another nice touch that not everyone does.We did not meet the hostess but she was quick to answer questions beforehand. There was a nice long carport that would accommodate several cars single file.Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
