About this property

Les Pepins - 4 BR 1 B in Eustis- 8 miles from Sugarloaf

Perfect winter, (ski, snowmobile) getaway or vacation in summer (golf, bike, hike, boat or beach)! Close to all stores and restaurants in Stratton/Eustis.
8 miles from Sugarloaf or 20 from Saddleback, 1 mile from boat launch (Flagstaff lake) and 2 miles from Cathedral Pine public beach. Ride your snowmobile right from the backyard in the winter. As for your ATV/side-by-side during spring-summer and fall, parking lot is also 2 miles away!
Outdoor Grill and Firepit area will for sure make your nights here memorable!

This private and cozy home comfortably accomodates 8 (but can sleeps 9 or 10 if young children. We have a park n' play and a foldable bed- please feel free to ask)) Our welcoming interior will make you feel like home the minute you enter. Features 4 bedrooms, 1 bath on main floor(with On demand Hot water) plus an open kitchen-dining area, a living space with lots of games for rainy days! Outside, you will find a large yard surrounded with pine trees, a grill, a firepit and outdoor table/chairs. Guests can enjoy the screened in porch as well! There is also a one car carport, but there is enough room for multiple vehicles ( like.. 5 more!!) in the driveway.

The kitchen was nicely renovated. You will find full size appliances, a farm sink and all the tools needed to cook your own meals. Get togheter around the big island with a glass of wine or a hot coco after a day on the slope!

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. On eas a Kind bed, 2 have Queen beds and the last one has 2 twins.

A roku TV means you can stream all your favorite subscriptions! (no cable) And a retro Nintendo means a lot of fun and memories from ''back in the days''!!!Or you can choose to play some board games, cards or tackle a puzzle.

When you're ready to play outside, all activities are close by: about 8 minutes to Sugarloaf or 25 minutes from Saddleback.
Need suggestions for your trip? Think fall foliage, hiking, bycicling, kayaking, golfing, skiing, snowmobiling (downhill and crosscountry ) , sledding, bowling and so many delicious dining!

Please note the home has the highest internet speen TDS offers in the area. Although, it can get slower during poor weather. Don't forget, you're here to get away, not to work all day!

All linens and towels are provided. You might want to bring your own body clothes though. You wil find a starter of paper towel, tissues and toilet paper but i would suggest you to bring more for the lenght of your stay.
We do have AC and a few fans available in summer. Note: 1 Security camera, outside.

Quiet, clean and peaceful
Clean, comfortable, easy access right off main road. 15 minute drive from Sugarloaf which was perfect for getting away to a peaceful place to sleep during a medical conference at the resort.

We are The Pepins. A family of 6, with 4 growing ladies who attends school here, in the area. We come from Canada and moved in Maine more than 6 years ago: best decision we could've made!

Why they chose this property

We bought this second home to live closer to the school a few days a week. This is why you will see weekdays blocked on the calendar when there is school. We are very flexible thought, if you need to check in or check out during the week, send us a request! We will try to make it work for you!
Why this one?
We were charmed by it the very frist time we visited! It is an older home with lost of history but well maintained over those years and updated as well! We are surrounded by pines trees, which make the back yard so unique. No neighbor: it's very quiet, but still close to everything we need as we are right on Rd 27.
