Had a very enjoyable time! The property was clean, easy to find and had all we needed to cook nice dinner, catch up with friends and get out skiing with ease.
Would stay again!
Clean, comfortable, easy access right off main road. 15 minute drive from Sugarloaf which was perfect for getting away to a peaceful place to sleep during a medical conference at the resort.
Had a great stay in Eustis! Close to dining options and a short 20 minute drive to Sugarloaf resort. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Beds were very comfortable!!

It was a pleasure having you! Thanks for taking such good care of the house !
The house was a great space for our group. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen allowed us to cook meals during our stay. We had a slight issue with the water heater but the owner was very responsive and addressed it the next morning. Would stay again.

Thanks for being understanding about that ! Really appreciate it!!
We stayed here over the holidays in Dec 2023. The house had the perfect size for us (family of 5). It has everything you need. Marie-Eve was super responsive. Thank you!
We spent a few wonderful days in Eunice, after skiing all day at Sugarloaf, we played games with our three kids (all of them above 18) in this very cozy, welcoming house. Thank you to the wonderful hosts. The glove warmer and boot dryer was an much appreciated luxury.
Nice vacation location between Eustis and Stratton
Place needs better door mat and broom to keep entry way clean , all bedrooms need bureau to put your clothes away. I maybe a alarm clock upstairs

Those are 100$ entry mats (made of high quality microfibre that prevents everything from outside to spread into the home) and there is a broom, as well as a 2 kind of dry mop pads. And a carpet vacuum that cleans those mats amazingly and would have taken care of all the dog hair .
Thanks for taking good care of the house while you were here. The only thing I would suggest is to read carefully the house rules when bringing a dog, but again, I understand you had to leave unexpectedly. I am sorry you missed a day of your trip to the mountain!
There isn’t much space to add bureaus since the beds are king and queens but , I am taking notes.. and will plan something out! Thanks for the suggestion!
Great spot close to the start of the Sugarloaf Marathon!
Highly recommend! Great communication and a lovely home. One thing to know is the house is close to a fairly busy road with some loud trucks at night. Not a problem for us but might be if you are a light sleeper!
Clean, well plowed (14 inches while we were there). Nice kitchen and dining room set up for group. Need to be aware that the bathroom (nicely renovated) is downstairs from the bedrooms. We had a wonderful long weekend skiing Sugarloaf.
The house was about 15 minutes to Sugarloaf and 40 minutes to Saddleback so it was very conveniently located. It was a very comfortable home, only drawback was having one bathroom.
This is the perfect little property if you’re looking to getaway with family or friends and experience the Maine outdoors and sugarloaf area! The property owners are friendly, easy to communicate, will answer any questions whether it be about the house or wheres the best local place to go out to eat. The property itself is very charming, clean, cozy, cute and welcoming! It’s a lovely home to come back to after a day out on the slopes and comfortable enough to kick your feet up and relax all day at the house. I would gladly book another stay here and look forward to it!

About the host

We are The Pepins. A family of 6, with 4 growing ladies who attends school here, in the area. We come from Canada and moved in Maine more than 6 years ago: best decision we could've made!
Why they chose this property
We bought this second home to live closer to the school a few days a week. This is why you will see weekdays blocked on the calendar when there is school. We are very flexible thought, if you need to check in or check out during the week, send us a request! We will try to make it work for you! Why this one? We were charmed by it the very frist time we visited! It is an older home with lost of history but well maintained over those years and updated as well! We are surrounded by pines trees, which make the back yard so unique. No neighbor: it's very quiet, but still close to everything we need as we are right on Rd 27.
