About this property

All new siding, balconies and railings for 2023!

Relax and soak up the sun from this light-filled, three-story townhouse with association pool steps away ! Located on a residential street, walking distance (10 min walk) to the beach and bay. Enjoy your coffee in the morning off the back patio or wine in the evenings while watching the sunset.

This three-story townhouse has two (!!) master bedrooms and a bunk room. The first master bedroom is on the top floor and features a large room, king size bed, a sitting area and balcony. The second master bedroom is on the second floor and has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, and balcony. Also on the second floor is a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds (double over double) with a balcony. A full bath is situated right outside the bunk bed room and at the bottom of the stairs from the king.

The main level offers indoor and outdoor space to relax. The open layout includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, laundry, and deck. This townhouse is three stories with open staircases and balconies. It may not be suitable for individuals that find stairs challenging or little ones that may climb and explore.

A short walk away is everything OC has to offer -- beach, bay, restaurants, grocery store, coffee, ice cream and so much more.

Ample parking directly in front of house. Immediately behind the townhouse is the condo association pool which is scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend. Tennis courts give some extra outdoor space but need repair (no serious tennis is happening on these courts).

During peek weeks in the summer, we offer weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday).

Beautiful home , clean and super close to the beach

I stayed with my family this past week and this home was beautiful! Absolutely breathtaking. Andrea was super helpful and provided details on checking in , out and useful information about the community. I definitely recommend anyone staying in ocean city to stay here we were able to fit a family of 8 easily . There is even a outdoor shower to get all the sand off of you before you enter the house .

We met at the beach and love spending as much time as we can near the ocean! We finally got our beach house and we are excited to share it with guests.

Why they chose this property

Our property is centrally located. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Stroll to local dinning, Food Lion, coffee, shopping, ect. The Original Greene Turtle is at the top of the block and has fantastic daily specials. Short walk to Northside Park (this is where the fireworks are held each 4th). Short drive or bike ride to Fenwick. Bethany and OC boardwalks are just a quick drive. We also love that you have several easy routes on and off the island (Fenwick, Rt 90).

What makes this property unique

Easy access on and off the island from Fenwick and Rt 90. Ocean City provides bus service day and night. Private parking for unit plus guest spots and on-street parking available.
