Newly renovated Kitchen and tile bathrooms on the main floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, sleeps up to 7 comfortably. Great location, near shops and restaurants. Close walk to the beach and community pool for the family to enjoy. This Condo features a fenced in back patio to store your beach items and rinse off the sand.
During the Summer 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday only. Off season is 3 night minimum stay.
No pets. No parties. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. 9 guest maximum in the house at a time.
Guests must bring their own linens and towels.
