Welcome to the Castagnet farm, where we invite you to share the warm and friendly atmosphere of our lands located in Saint-Sever. A gastronomic destination, the town preserves an impressive heritage, respects Landes traditions, and offers all kinds of sporting activities, not to mention culture, concerts, festivals, and various events. Not to mention, you can also enjoy the swimming pool. As you can see, it's a must-see! You'll enjoy a shared swimming pool with the guests of the other gîte and the owners. The gîte, located on the ground floor, includes a living room serving as a dining room-kitchen-lounge, a second living room with an alcove offering a single bed (separated by a curtain), a sofa bed in the living room, one additional person €10/day. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), shower room, and separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi. Electric heating. Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot, high chair, bathtub. Garden furniture, barbecue. Shared courtyard, private enclosed grounds (150 m²). Land shared by owners and tenants of the adjoining cottage.
