Comfortable, pleasant, and bright, this house is ideal for a relaxing vacation in the countryside, with family or friends. Fall under the charm of the Landes region and book your stay now! Pretty independent cottage, divided between the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor: - Large living room serving as a lounge, lounge with television, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas burners, combined fridge-freezer, electric oven, filter coffee maker + Senseo, microwave) - Separate toilet - Laundry room/pantry, housing the washing machine. Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed), - bathroom, double sink - toilet For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and upstairs in the hallway, a wood-burning stove, and electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi router). Baby equipment is available: high chair, bathtub, bouncer, and changing table. The cottage is surrounded by enclosed grounds. A covered terrace houses garden furniture and a barbecue. A ping-pong table is available. For more than one pet, please contact us. It is in this old, fully restored stable that you will spend an exceptional vacation!
