The ocean, the forest, all the shops and leisure activities are easily accessible by bike thanks to the nearby cycle path. The free shuttle 200m takes you to the beach. A pleasant stopover on the coast. Access to this adjoining apartment of the owners is along another gite on site. The apartment has a private terrace of 30m² facing south, without vis-à-vis out of sight to offer you the privacy and tranquility necessary for your stay, it is equipped with garden furniture and two sunbeds. On one level, it is composed of: of a living room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (with shower and toilet), Internet access (wired and WIFI). The land of 1200m² is to be shared with the owners and the second gite.
