Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest near the natural park and white sand beaches. You will find all the amenities with its shops, sports activities (tennis, fishing...) and Lake Arjuzanx for swimming and sailing. This cottage in a set of 4 cottages will allow you to enjoy all these advantages and village life for a very low price. Single storey cottage, living room with kitchenette, Bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 bunk beds 90), independent toilets, collective washing machines, microwaves, television, wifi internet. Common unfenced land with private part of 500 m², terrace, balcony, court, covered shelter. garden furniture, common barbecue, Gîte located in the village, next to the church. Common ground and entrance for all gites. Parking on property. Heating €3/day from October to the end of April.
