Let yourself be seduced by this charming, comfortable and very well appointed gîte. 20 minutes from the beaches and located in the village: Gîte adjoining a garage, completely renovated. Kitchen open to living room, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), dressing room, Bathroom, cellar. Equipment : Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, portable, TV, freezer. Electric heating, Outdoors : Garden furniture, barbecue, terrace. Shared land with owners, private closed area approximately 400 m², gravelled courtyard. Small garden with lawn. Located at the entrance to a neighborhood close to all amenities. Garage used occasionally by owner for vehicles. Road 20 m away.
