We are waiting for you in Vieux Boucau, for a nice marine getaway with family or friends. Ideally located, between forest and ocean, just 1.5km from the beaches, you will appreciate the calm of the place, the presence of the cycle path 200m away and the possibility of discovering the lake on foot or by bike, and the many activities on offer. by this pretty coastal resort. The villa is functional and bright: you will particularly appreciate the large living room bathed in light. A pleasant stay on the Landes coast to discover all year round. This gîte is on one level (one step to access it from the outside). It is composed a large living room (flat screen TV, WIFI) with equipped kitchen (3 gas hotplates, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator), 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet, a storeroom (with washing machine). Baby equipment (high chair and travel cot) is available. The exterior consists of an enclosed garden of 590m² with trees and flowers, with a private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. Parking of a vehicle can be done on the property, secured by a gate. A shelter for your bicycles is available. Only one pet is accepted.
