Villa located in the secured residence "Les Tamaris" only 500m from the sea with swimming pools and entertainment for the children(from june to septembre - access extra to pay). It is a T3 house with Airconditioning. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and on the ground floor, a living room with fitted kitchen. 1 bathroom with new shower with separate WC and washing machine. A spacious wintergarden and fenced terrace. Possibility to park in front of the house. No access to garage.
