Huisje met potentie maar achterstallig onderhoud

De locatie lekker vinden wij top! Dicht bij het strand en je loopt zo klein dorpje in. Het huisje heeft op zich alles wat je nodig hebt al zijn heel wat spullen sterk gedateerd. Positief: het tweepersoonsbed, de WIFI, de douche is lekker. Ruime keuken. Er is in alle ruimtes airco. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplek op een afgesloten residentie.Negatief: De advertentie beschrijft 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Dat blijkt 1 bed te zijn en een la onder het bed. Alle kastjes moet je echt dicht laten want die stinken of vallen uit elkaar. Er staan zoveel kasten, zonde van alle ruimte! De stijl van het huisje is uniek. Werkelijk niks past bij elkaar en overal staat van alles! Ontzettend rommelig en ook viezig. Het is voor hondenbezitters leuk dat er hondenvoer staat maar het hele keukenkastje ruikt naar hond! Lekker naast de koffiekopjes. Er zijn twee koffieapparaten, broodrooster, oven maar allemaal vies.Overal is kalkaanslag en roest. Veel stof en viezige hoekjes. Het terras plakt aan je voeten en als je naar binnen loopt dan plakt het zand er aan vast. Er staat buiten een vieze dweil. We hebben er zelf 1 gekocht. Het is echt ontzettend zonde want het is werkelijk een schattig huisje waar je iets leuks van zou kunnen maken. Mijn handen jeukten!Het contact met de verhuurder was goed. Snelle reactie en duidelijke mail.De advertentie is echter niet zoals het is. Het huisje huur je exclusief beddengoed en handdoeken.We zouden terugkomen als er flink opgeknapt wordt.

Séjour très décevant. La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, avec un nettoyage visiblement bâclé je dirais même carrément pas fait poil d’animaux et j’en passe pièces à frottement avec une odeur de Pipi de chien juste horrible. La « climatisation » n’en est pas une : ce sont de simples rafraîchisseurs d’air totalement inefficaces, surtout par forte chaleur.Autre point agaçant : la gestion des maillots de bain à la piscine, mesurés au millimètre près avec un excès de zèle ridicule. Aucune flexibilité ni sens du service.

Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen. Das Haus ist klein, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach. Das Kochgeschirr könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, man ist auch in ein paar Minuten in den Ort gelaufen, wo es alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt.Die Stadt ist sehr hundefreundlich.

Très bien situé. La mer est tout près. Piscine très agréable. On du tout nettoyer à notre arrivée parce que c'était vraiment pas propre. Maintenant ça devrait être mieux pour les suivants. Malgré tout je recommande.

excellent séjour à Portiragnes plage

Résidence très agréable au mois de septembre, très calme, plage proche avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Appartement avec tout l'indispensable. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine auraient besoin d'être remplacés. Le top pour nous, c'est la box orange avec le décodeur TV qui permet de regarder des replays. Je recommande cette location, je pense revenir un jour.
