For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Private: swimming pool (above ground) heated (2 x 2 m, depth 50 cm, seasonal availability: 13.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station 35 km, rocky beach 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis, cycle lane 100 m. Haus und Vermieter klasse, Agentur mangelhaft

Dass die Agentur keine Angaben zum Bettzeug (Allergikerbetten) machen konnte (oder wollte ?) ist schwach: ein Anruf bei der Vermieterin hätte genügt, sie wusste über alles Bescheid. Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr schön, die Betreuung durch den Vermieter optimal.

Dass die Agentur keine Angabe zu dem vorhandenen Bettzeug geben konnte (oder wollte ??) ist ein schwaches Bild. Ein kurzer Anruf bei der Vermieterin hätte genügt. Sie wusste über alles Bescheid war gut erreichbar und hat auch unsere Ankunft sehr gut organisiert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut, sowohl Lage, als auch Gebäude und Einrichtung.

Das schöne Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach super. Umag hat viel zu bieten, Rovinj ist ein Muss. Die Vermieter sind supernett. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert. Autostellplätze in der Tiefgarage sind großzügig. 2 Autos sind kein Problem. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir waren 10 Tage zum Mädelsurlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es handelt sich hier um ein Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Sogar Spülmittel und Wischtücher waren vorhanden. Bei Ankunft standen jedem von uns je 2 große und kleine Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Wasser des Wirlpools wurde für uns auf Wunsch nach 7 Tagen gewechselt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fern ab vom Touriwahn. Wer sich erholen möchte ist hier genau richtig!

weg vom Turiwahn... keine großen Turistenansammlungen am Strand (zwar Stein und Kies) aber super sauber und nicht echt nicht überlaufen. super nette Vermieter, alles bestens vielleicht mal gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber geputzt und die Uebergabe des Schlüssels verlief durch die sehr freundliche Hauswartin ohne Probleme. Wir würden das Haus jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
