Villa Elena provides a staggering 10.000 square meter peaceful garden and olive grove along with 170 square meter of the Villa itself with an Infinity 9x4 m large pool equipped with a Jacuzzi area in it. This Villa features 3 bedrooms, all opened to a terrace, and 3 bathrooms. The air-conditioned accommodation also offers a billiard room, flat-screen TVs, access to free WiFi, dining and living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area.
Villa Elena is a peaceful oasis for relaxation, located amidst picturesque Istrian countryside and the blue Adriatic, next to the former Austro-Hungarian railway line Parenzana which once connected Trieste with Poreč (Parenzo). Today, this old railway trail passes through three countries (Italy, Slovenia and Croatia) and has been turned into a bike and walking trail. The location is ideal for the exploration of the coast towns Poreč and Rovinj and the inland of Istria with its historical towns like Motovun and Grožnjan. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, which is 61 km from the accommodation.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt!Es ist hell, freundlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Den tollen Pool hat man ganz für sich allein.Die Küche lässt auch keine Wünsche offen; es gab Gewürze, Essig/Öl, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel. Sogar Waschmittel war vorhanden. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, zum Strand in Poreç braucht man ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Poreç gefahren, aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gäbe es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Restaurants sind in 5-10 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Sie hat uns reichlich Tipps für Gastro, Ausflüge etc. gegeben.Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für eine Woche in der modernen Villa Elena zu Gast. Supergute Kommunikation mit der überaus freundlichen Vermieterin.Saubere, klimatisierte Schlafzimmer und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles wie auf den Bildern dargestellt.WLAN schnell und stabil und der Pool ist der sauberste, den wir bisher erleben durften. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Super Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Die Villa war ein Traum und hat 100% der Beschreibung entsprochen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und war super nett. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sie sich zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und uns Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Weinproben in der Nähe gegeben. Das einzige kleine Manko war, dass der Pool leider keine Poolheizung hatte, wodurch er für Ende Mai etwas zu frisch war. Aber uns hat es trotzdem super gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Besser geht`s kaum

Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Es fehlt praktisch an nichts; gleich nach der Ankunft steht alles zur Verfügung, was man sonst oft vermisst: zum Beispiel Gewürze, Essig, Öl, sogar Kaffee. Komfort ist großgeschrieben im Haus und außerhalb: Ein blitzsauberer Pool, Trampolin, Pool Billard, Klimaanlage und Fernsehen in allen Räumen. Die zentrale Lage sorgt für kurze Wege, zum Beispiel nach Porec, Buje, Novigrad, Motowun, Pula. Gastronomie gibt es in näherer Umgebung. Ein echtes Ferienhaus-Kleinod, das den Namen „Villa“ nicht umsonst trägt..

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr Empfehlenswert!

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und Top eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage, die uns aber nicht so gestört hatte. Dazu eine sehr nette Vermieterin die sich um unser Wohlbefinden sehr bemüht hatte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr Empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne sind für dieses Haus zu wenig.Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Villa Elena.Alles hat gepasst und war super vorbereitet.Der Pool hat richtig Spass gemacht und war bei 27 Grad eine willkommende abkühlung.Im Haus ist alles was man braucht.Vielen,vielen Dank an Elena die zu jederzeit über Whats App erreichbar ist und uns mit tollen Tips Routen/Essen geholfen hat...Ich werde wieder kommen...Kroatien war eine ganz tolle Erfahrung....Dankeschön

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Ein dickes Lob an die Gastgeberin Elena: Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert, das Haus ist exakt so, wie beschrieben! Sehr geräumig, auch für eine 6-Personen-Familie wirklich ideal. Alles war super sauber, das Haus perfekt eingerichtet, es hat absolut an nichts gefehlt. Elena hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder wir etwas brauchen. Sie hat uns Adressen zu verschiedenen Restaurants, Weinkellern o.ä. geschickt. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. 3x pro Woche hält der Bäckerwagen direkt vor der Haustüre. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub :-) Herzlichen Dank an die Gastfreundschaft von Elena und ihrer Mutter.

Perfect Location for holidays

After a warm welcome by Elena and a short tour of the garden and the house, we were completely delighted with everything. The house is fully equipped (towels, spices, washing and cleaning utensils). The garden with the pool looks beautiful and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The surrounding area is completely quiet with olive trees and vines. Within a short drive by car you could get everything in several stores. Only 100 m next to the house starts the bike path. All in all we had a great vacation and were completely satisfied with the house and the friendly hostess Elena (who gives nice tips for food and other activities). Can be recommended 100%

Tolles und sauberes Haus!

Elena war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Bäcker Mobil welches direkt vorm Haus hält, war klasse. Ansonsten war man in 5 Min mit dem Auto in einem kleinen Supermarkt, wo man das notwendigste erhält. Mit dem Trampolin und dem Billardtisch waren auch unsere Kinder sehr glücklich und immer beschäftigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Ruhiger Familien-Urlaub mit herrlichem Pool

Es fehlte uns an nichts. Schönes Haus mit Pool, konfortabel und modern eingerichtet, an einer ruhigen Lage mir sehr grossem Garten. Distanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5min) und dem Meer (20min) angenehm. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Alles Perfekt!!! 5 Sterne reichen nicht aus!!

Alles was man braucht ist da. Info`s über wo man Essen kann oder eine Weinprobe usw. erhält man von Elena. (Mehr als man eigentlich braucht.) Einkaufen, Restaurants usw sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Ausflüge nach Porec oder Novigrad in 25 minuten. Rovigny in 45 minuten und nach Pula eine Stunde. Elena "we will be back" Danke für einen schönen Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame Tage im August in diesem Ferienhaus mit der Familie verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Erwähnenswert ist auch die vorhandene Grundausstattung in Küche und Bädern. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Poolbereich, der Ausblick von der Terrasse, der riesige Garten und die verschiedenen Spielgeräte (Trampolin, Fußballtor, Billardtisch, usw.). Die Vermieterin (Elena) ist sehr freundlich, war bei Bedarf immer erreichbar und hat uns mit einigen guten Tipps bzgl. Restaurants, etc. weitergeholfen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, allerdings sollte man daher für die Fahrt zu Restaurants oder größeren Supermärkten ein paar Minuten einplanen. 3 x wöchentlich gibt es z.B. eine mobile Bäckerei, die direkt neben dem Haus hält. Zusammengefasst würden wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus von Elena entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Im Haus war eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher und Kaffefiltermaschiene sind vorhanden. Eine Nespresso hatten wir dabei. Unten befinden sich Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie ein Zimmer mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Oben sind ein Schlafzimmer mit Masterbad und zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Diese teilen sich ein separates Bad. Weiter sind ein unbenutzter Raum vorhanden; hier steht das Rad. Es ist noch genügend Platz vorhanden, um eine große Trainingsmatte auszubreiten und zu trainieren. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig. Am Pool sind gute Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Der Essplatz draußen ist nicht vollständig vom Balkon überdacht. Bei Regen muss man drinnen Essen, was kein Problem ist. Elena war immer gut zu erreichen. Es hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass kein Restaurant, Supermarkt etc. fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Wunderschönes Haus, sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Mutter der Gastgeberin wohnt direkt nebenan, ist aber unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.
