Enjoy a panoramic and unforgettable view with no vis a vis from this villa located 10 minutes walk from the shores of the lake and 2 beaches of Sevrier.
The villa has 6 bedrooms with double beds, 2 on each floor. 4 bedrooms open onto the garden or a balcony with a magnificent view.
A large cathedral living room and its adjoining kitchen bathed in light allow you to relax indoors.
The large terrace, with a 180 degrees view, has 2 outdoor sofas, 2 tables for 14 people and a gas BBQ.

A large cinema room lets you enjoy movie nights together.

We moved in only 1 year ago and the decoration is in progress, but the volumes and the view quickly make you forget these small gaps. We are currently offering discounts for first time visitors so take advantage of it, you won't regret it!

You are also 15 minutes by bike from the center of Annecy and its many restaurants and attractions.
The secure cycle path along the lake is reached in 2 minutes by a quiet road.
