Country home on the Black River just 7 minutes from downtown South Haven. Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath this home sleeps 10. Our favorite place to be is outdoors. Pool, spa, dining patio area, bar, fire pit. This home sits next to the Black River with lots of green space. We have enjoyed many years of outdoor gatherings with family and friends here and you will too!

We have a small lake on our personal property adjacent to the rental property for fishing upon request. Fiber optic 500 mbps to 1 GB unlimited wifi

*This home is two levels and has stairs to maneuver including stairs to the lower level walk out basement and pool deck.*

Clean, awesome place inside and outside!

We just spent an amazing week here! Bob and Ronda are so nice to work with and have thought of everything that you would need to have a great vacation! The pool and hot tub were awesome! Everything was clean with plenty of towels and space for 9 of us to spread out! Would highly recommend and hope to come back in the future!

Summer Fun

Property is top notch and the hosts have sincerely thought of everything! Bug spray, Sun screen, cards and games, pool floats and noodles, pool towels, etc. The Kitchens are well stocked with all you could need and more!Although house has a Bangor address it is a short drive into South Haven. The fisherman in my family fished in the pond daily and that was a huge plus for my grandsons.We hope to visit again soon.

Such a great house!

Bob and Rhonda have a beautiful place. Very clean and it has everything you could ever need! The pool and hot tub were awesome, kids had a great time! Fire pit, board games, all the cookware, and an amazing shower-my husband can’t quit talking about it! 10 min from downtown and just a perfect place to stay. Thank you so much! We had the best time!

This was our second stay at Bob and Rhonda’s and it did not disappoint! They have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. The house is fully stocked with anything you could need. The pics don't do this amazing property justice

My family has been staying in different MI VRBO's for over a decade every summer. This is the first time I can say - the profile doesn't even do this property justice. It was top-class throughout and incredibly clean. And Ronda and Bob couldn't have been more responsive and generous with their time. Just an amazing family vacation - and this property was a big reason why!

Beautiful, comfortable home w/ pool and hot tub well-equipped for family fun.

This VRBO is fully equipped for comfortable sleeping, indoor or outdoor meal prep, family entertainment (board games, Wifi, cornhole, pool, hot tub, patio bar and dining, firepit, great fishing on property large ponds, game console and numerous TV's, books, walking paths, toys/equipment for littles, and more. The McNulty's were super hosts, very accessible and informative, wanting to insure that our stay was a great one. While minor for our family, the only negatives were the proximity to a busy road and transitions accessibility (doors, steps up and down). The location is very close (5-6 mi.) to South Haven beaches, shops, restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. Highly recommended!

We love that we live and work in the South Haven/Bangor area. When we are not working we enjoy spending time with our family and traveling in our Fifthwheel. We are working at transforming our estate into a place where families can come together to get that much needed time together and for those that just need to relax and recharge. It’s our retirement dream that we can enjoy living on the estate during the summer and travel south during the winter.

Why they chose this property

The estate has been in the family now for 3 generations. It started as a heavily wooded area and through imagination, dedication and hard work it is slowly becoming a place of beauty and serenity. This portion of the estate is our first stage at developing what we hope will become a Resort.
